I'm a low-ego, high-impact design leader with over a decade of experience at mission-driven organizations. I lead teams to find the intersection of organizational impact and customer value—where serving people well is the growth strategy. I've scaled design teams, elevated craft across organizations, and proven that lasting impact comes from solving real customer problems.

About

I'm currently the Design Group Lead for Customer Operations at Etsy. I lead teams across Trust & Safety and Support—protecting and empowering Etsy's buyers and sellers through clear, fair, and human-centered experiences.

I live in Seattle with my partner Farah, who I'm in constant competition with for the title of Best Auntie. In my spare time, you'll find me working on a project in our Spanish bungalow, reading or writing non-fiction, throwing dinner parties, or lounging with a good record playing in the background.
